One of my favorite venues to photograph is the Worcester Art Museum . I love how there are so many spaces to work with and the photos can be pretty dramatic. I’m often asked by clients if capturing photos is more difficult there because of the lack of light and the answer is definitely! Lighting is one area of photography where you can tell the difference between an amateur and a professional. The WAM is one of those venues where I think it’s important to make sure you have a photographer who is familiar with the space and understands lighting. It’s definitely a trickier venue to shoot but I love the challenge of coming up with new ways to capture the beautiful space. Here are a few favorites of mine from weddings I’ve shot over the years.
