Thu and Jason’s wedding was a perfect start to the wedding season! They were married at the beautiful Worcester Art Museum in March.
Thu’s hotel room was bustling with energy when I arrived- her family and friends were so excited to start the day. I took some fun getting ready photos there while my awesome second shooter, Todd Wilson, met up with Jason at his house.
Jason was emotional when he saw Thu for the first time as she made her way down the staircase at the start of the ceremony. There were lots of tears and smiles when they read their vows to one another. It was a beautiful ceremony.
Couples often ask whether a second shooter is necessary. I always say it depends on the wedding. The Worcester Art Museum is a good example of when it can be very helpful (especially during the ceremony) it’s always great to be able to add a unique perspective when possible and the photos from the balcony always turn out to be some of my favorites!
It was a bit chilly on their wedding day so we opted to take most of the photos indoors, which wasn’t a problem because there are so many great spots to work with in the museum.
An amazing dinner, toasts and dancing followed. I am so happy I had the chance to be a part of Thu and Jason’s wedding day! If their wedding was any indication of what’s to come, it’s going to be a great wedding season ahead! Congratulations you two!
